With Liberty and Justice for Some

With Liberty and Justice for Some is a book by Glenn Greenwald, published in 2012, which talks about abuses in the American judicial system.

In his book Greenwald argues that the principle of equality before law has been abolished, as the political and financial classes have become almost immune from prosecution, while the politically powerless in the US have a higher chance of being imprisoned than anywhere else on earth.

Referring to specific historical and contemporary cases, Greenwald exposes how this system is being maintained by the media, political parties and the courts.
